I'm going to briefly share my experience importing my new car with Jonathan, the owner of the Stradale dealership. I must confess that it was something I never considered, bringing a car from Germany (it intimidated me), but from the first day I spoke with him, everything became so simple that today I received my car and it couldn't have been easier.
He didn't speak a word of German, and in that respect, his knowledge of the language was impeccable. Negotiations and requests for information with the official dealership in Germany went very smoothly. Throughout all the procedures, both word and deed, including a minor issue caused by the CO itself, Jonathan was tireless until we were sure the car left in perfect condition.
The transport: they pick it up on a Thursday and it arrives on Saturday night. It's kept perfectly safe in their facilities (which, by the way, are worth seeing with all the equipment they always have there).
The paperwork with the tax office, vehicle inspection, registration, etc. You can forget about it all; it's all done in a week. In short, in less than a month, car checked in, car delivered; immaculate, too.
I can only give him a 10. Far from simply answering my (many) questions with conviction and confidence, he has been completely proactive throughout the entire process: suggestions, advice, etc. Far beyond what is required, let alone expected, from a professional.
It has been a real pleasure dealing with you.

I called them asking about a car. Jonathan answered. Even on the phone, the service was very pleasant and professional. Since it was a classic car, there were several details I was concerned about, and he explained them all without any problems. It's clear he knows his cars. We went to see it, and the personal service was excellent. They let us test drive the car and arranged everything for them to transport it to us. They had the final paperwork ready in two days and organized the transport for the day I requested. The driver was punctual and very friendly.
After the delivery, Jonathan contacted me a couple of times to see if everything was going well.
As I said, the service was top-notch.

The best place to buy a used car. This van is my third purchase from this dealership, which I picked up just yesterday (July 13th). I previously bought an Audi Q5 and an Audi A7 and haven't had any problems. The service from the manager, Jonathan, was impeccable. A trustworthy guy.
